Job overview
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in validating the functionality and reliability in software products. Your responsibilities will include designing test plans, executing test cases, and/or implementing automated testing frameworks. You have a background in quality assurance and development possessing a comprehensive understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, programming languages, open to work in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
and qualifications
- Test suite documentation & maintenance
Analyze, document, and maintain manual or automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks. - Test plan execution for cross-device applications
Execute test plans, to validate software functionality, usability, and performance for websites and applications across multiple devices (Desktop and Mobile). - Defect tracking & troubleshooting
Review test results, track defects, and work collaboratively to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions. - Agile methodology participation
Open to participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Testing process improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Communication skills
Good communication skills in English, proficiency in French is a plus.
